It took me 24 years, but I have finally discovered smoothies and now I can’t get enough. This orange dream smoothie gets its delicious creaminess from a base of cashews and frozen cauliflower, its naturally sweetened, and full of vitamins.
I wish you could’ve seen my face at first sip because I was truly surprised at how good it tasted. I’ve been playing around with different variations, aiming to get some good protein, vitamins, and fat without a sugar overload, and this was a sucess. I’m sure you’re going to love it too!
PSA: Some orange peels are super bitter! If yours is, don’t use as big of zesty pieces as I did, you may regret it.

- 1 orange, peeled
- 2/3 cup frozen cauliflower
- 2 Tbs raw cashews
- 1/3 cup hemp milk
- 2 Tbs coconut shreds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- optional: orange zest for garnish
- Toss all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
