A deliciously fresh sauce to top all your toasts and bowls with, or toss your favorite salad in! Dilly, lemony, garlicky, you can’t go wrong. Plus, a great way to finish a dill bunch in your fridge.
I don’t know about you, but I love having a good sauce in these bottles on hand.

Lemon Dill Tahini Sauce
Ingredients:
1/3 c fresh dill
1/2 c tahini
1/2 c water
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 T lemon juice
Method:
1. Toss all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. If the mixture seems too thick, add water by the tablespoon to reach your desired consistency.
2. Store in the fridge for 5-7 days. If your tahini thickens as it sits in the fridge, add a little more water before using again. This wasn’t necessary for me!
